Business Outlook
Pros
Pay and benefits are good, along with opportunity to earn performance bonuses. Option to work at home is excellent. Renovations are currently in progress and added a workout facility to our location, which is an added bonus. Excellent supervisors and open door policy.
Cons
Started working with company under Medco Health name, so naturally, there may be certain changes that are not liked. One change is you were given vacation/sick time and now it's "earned" each wee. This makes it more difficult to take vacation earlier in year, unless you hold off from taking vacation one year, so that it rolls over to the next.
