      Pros

      Flexible work environment with the right manager. Fast-paced, interesting work. Friendly people who tend to listen to all levels of meeting participants. Ability to make a difference quickly due to many fire drills and rapid changes.

      Cons

      Many, many fire drills and changes including re-organizations and layoffs. Benefits are so-so, but bonuses are good. Per other reviews, it is important to be supported by people who have influence.

      Great Company gone bad since merger with Medco. Two totally different cultures conflicting in all departments.

      Pros

      Great benefits in the workplace. Good opportunity to lead projects and develop, fine tune skills while learning new ones.

      Cons

      Lack of communication among management level and departments. Directors scrambling to hold on to their jobs while not caring about their reports. Work-life balance non existent unless you are willing to work 60 hours a week, every week.

      Pros

      Well the pay is average. you work with great people who for the most part all feel the same way. Average benefits with very small bonuses unless your in management then pay is below aveage. Does have very clean bathrooms and a over priced lunch room.

      Cons

      We work in Whitestown Indiana not Carmel get the town right. HR dept does not have a clue what's it doing most of the time and they keep hiring some real losers., I do love they way when I looked on here I see 5 star rating I wonder if they got the wrong company or have a member of management standing behind them as they enter the info. Hope you like working 6 days a week cause they don't ever seem to get it right on how much each site is able to produce or have all sites operating at the same time or give you enough people to keep production moving
