Pros
Even though the medical benefits have been on the decline since ESI bought out Medco, they are still better than many places that i know of with a comparable wage in my region.
Cons
Everything is micromanaged, down to the exact second that you clock in or out or whether or not you remember to leave your desk completely empty (with your chair pushed in). Daily meetings consist mostly of complaints to or from management, but nothing ever comes of them...management is consistently hassled and grumpy and you never hear from your supervisor unless you're doing something wrong...so the environment is incredibly negative. You are forbidden from speaking to your neighbor, as well as emailing them or IM'ing them. While they believe that this is for increased productivity, humans are not machines. Working there was miserable and soul-draining.
