Pros

Ability to work from home for some roles. Some flexibility with working hours.

Cons

Like many companies, they are moving toward placing people back in offices. I see this alienating and limiting the growth of those employees who have been working from home since before the pandemic. Lots of hoops to jump through in order to get promotions or even negotiate a pay increase. Pay is not as competitive as it should be for a company of this size. Health insurance premiums and coverage also not great considering ESI is owned by a health insurer. WAY too many layers of leadership - those way up the chain are oblivious to what work is like down in the weeds, so weighing concerns about work load/resources/etc. doesn't end up mattering.

Pros

not terrible starting pay - definitely should be getting paid more for work load

Cons

if bathroom break is longer than 3 minutes your sup is notified. not aloud to disconnect with abusive callers. not enough pay for workload. not enough training time.
