      Pros

      I would assume for most, any job in the medical field would be ideal. My experience-or rating, is a Major D+ with a minor in disapointment.

      Cons

      The training was absolutely disorganized and inadequate (also assuming, you have been at a real professional Co). The enviroment is that of "Highschool" students failing English and manners 101. There are incentives yes, but what you are paid and the atmosphere presented...just does not make up for working for a system that is already broken.

      Pros

      Schedule- Awesome, pretty much a schedule to fit everybody. Bonus- If you are top notch and exceed set rates as an RPh or Tech you WILL get rewarded at year end with good bonus as they do reward their top 25% performers well. Salary- Overall, no complaints here.

      Cons

      Trust in Upper Management- None. Easily the most corrupt and unethical upper management team I have ever worked for, and most likely in the entire PBM industry. Competency of Upper Manangement- Severely lacking. They have tremendous trouble keeping clients due to the terrible service that is given. Beyond penny pinching when it comes to allowing their employees to attempt to take care of their customers. You do not have a good feeling about how your company services patients when you go home at the end of the day.
