Pros
Paycheck direct deposited to account on time.
Cons
Tried to get sent to another department with the company, as I am burnt out on the telephones. Seems like they have their favorites when it is time to promote, or recommend for other departments. Some days no down time in between calls, Feel like you are chained to the phones. Health benefits are expensive Customers are very rude, and irate. Lack of work/life balance. Have to call off to get time with family, which is used against you when time for bonuses. Past 2 1/2yrs have never had a bonus. Each time I would have made it, cross-trained on another system so start all over with quality and etc.
