Pros

They do ofter extensive training for all of the tasks they have you do

Cons

Has the lowest pay scale for the positions doing the same job in the area. Every mail order pharmacy in the area pays at least 2 dollars more an hour. Management has their own cliques and will blatantly ignore your needs as your production rate slips into the toilet, while they sit and gab with their "friends" on the floor doing the same job as you. Then come back and complain about your numbers while their pet puppet friends walk around away from their desk just gabbing away not getting work done and nothing is done about it.

Pros

could work from home. bonus was good if you worked yourself to death

Cons

after being purchased by express scripts this company became more sales driven and not so much customer service related. Micromanaged by supervisor that have very little experience. received 4 monitored calls at 100% with many awards and yet was fired for "below standard" work...this was due to being vocal about the new sales related work that was mandatory. management does not want to hear our opinion. worked there 7 years was fired by a sup who had 1.5 years total.

Pros

PTO..paid time off..earned every pay period. Can accumulate up to 4 weeks the first year. You will need it all to keep your sanityl

Cons

Pay is horrible. Standing on concrete floors for 10 hour shifts is barely bearable. Jobs and work functions are extremely boring. If they could get away with training monkeys to do the jobs I did, they would to save money. For a pharmacuetical company, their health benefits are poor. their pharmacuetical benefits are a ripoff. They force you to get your prescriptions filled through mail order at $20 per generic script while I can get it for $10 at a local grocery store. Ripoff. If you no longer take a medication but it is on the auto refill program and they send it to you, you have to pay for it. Nor returns, no refunds. They are stealing from people. I took the job when it was the only thing going three years ago. The experience has only proven to me that corporate greed is alive and well.
