-Great pay and benefits -Work from home flexibility -Cutting edge marketplace strategies and technologies -Talented, professional, and enjoyable colleagues

Cons

-For a workload perspective, they chew you up and spit you out — next man in line mentality…but as mentioned previously, you are rewarded from a financial and work flexibility perspective, at least this was the case in clinical account management
