The people here are very passionate about what they do and you rarely come across someone who isn't willing to pitch in. I regularly use the company awards points recognition process to recognize my colleagues for their extraordinary work and collaboration. My leadership team has been very supportive of me advancing my career and has even given me assignments that I can use to speak to during an interview where I'm lacking in experience. The great thing about working for a big company like this is that you don't have to leave the company and its great benefits when you are ready for a change. You can stay right here! Our CEO, George Paz, is as real as it gets. I love when he talks to us at management meetings; you feel like you are talking to an old friend, and he's been known to make some pretty funny off the cuff remarks.
