      Nice company to get your foot in the door, not for growth

      Fair pay upon starting Nice amount of PTO (might change in 2020 due to Cigna merger) Opportunity for personal development Work/Life balance Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Slow promotion/career growth Management seems to care more about delivery than empowering and developing their employees Management wants to solve all of the problems themselves, rather than listening to those under them that are closer to the problem. There has been a shift in culture since the Cigna merger, employees are simply "resources" now and are treated as such. They have benefits, they just aren't very competitive.

      Pros

      They take into account the opinions of their employees when it comes to process changes and system enhancements. Local management was fair and caring.

      Cons

      Low pay in a union position with limited opportunity for advancement. Company also decided to close multiple locations where employees were earning a higher wage, in favor of outsourcing to 3rd party call centers.

      Management leaves a lot to be desired. There is no upward mobility for employees that are not apart of company clicks. There is no consistency in the values that the company says they stand for. Non transparent organization.
