- Managers can lack empathy, respect, and experience with taking calls. They hired people who never took calls before or are familiar with the process to attempt to coach us.
- Insane standard per call while at the same time failing to communicate what people are doing wrong thus in a sense purposefully causing workers to fail and be let go.
