      The people were great, new managers learn time management quickly.

      Lots of overtime, management tries to get blood from a turnip.

      Pros

      When I first started at ESI, the upper leadership seemed to care about there employees.

      Cons

      You can be a stretch employee for 10years + but when it comes to cutting the old mighty dollar they don't care how many valuable people they will let go they just let them go. I had planned on retiring from ESI but they had a different plan.

      Pros

      Benefits, benefits, benefits. Express Scripts has one of the best benefit packages that I have ever seen. From Tuition Assistance to Prescription Drug benefits, it is hard to beat.

      Cons

      Very demanding work pace. The loss of caring leadership in the past two years are apparent to the people that haver been there for a long time. A lot of new employees have been rushed through thee pipeline, that the service is suffering.
