Awful management, no room for advancement, stressful job with unreliable tools, no schedule flexibility.

Still worried about policy changes post-acquisition by Cigna. While I am unaware of any recent major layoffs or other cost-cutting measures, I fear they are coming.

management was really horrible, they hated their job and made us hate them too. there was a shift manager that would nitpick at certain people border lining racism and harassment but when complained about, nothing because he was a higher ups nephew.
