Express Scripts reviews about "management"

Upper level management not transparent when attempting to perform salary reviews. HR gives no insight as to why someone receives "x"% raise vs another person.

Express Scripts is run like Scientology or a similar cult. There is a consistent emphasis on one's shortcomings, and I found the management to be petty and nitpicking. They care neither for their employees nor for their customers. The work environment resembled a maximum security prison, and I felt similarly under constant siege. Quite possibly the worst job that I have ever had in my life...if I could give zero stars for my assessment, I would.

Management is mediocre and needs more training

Less paid Need more bonuses

Terrible management, they treat the production side completely different from the corporate jobs . Unfair expectations especially during the pandemic.

low wages, demanding management, constantly changing rules that directly effect my continued employment, threatening company wide emails warning of new rules to follow to avoid termination

- culture shifts and inconsistencies due to perpetual senior leader changes - lack of training for account management positions making it a challenge to recruit externally -highly matrixed environment with varying levels of collaboration from functional teams

management gets pretty "micro-managy" at times
