Express Scripts reviews about "work from home"

Recruiter was not clear about work schedule. When we were 3 days from finishing training, we picked our schedule from a paper that other people got to pick from as well. The further down you get picked, the worse the remaining schedules were.

Hours are awful... 80 hours a week

Written up first and no oral warning at all, or they just fire you without a warning at all

Direct supervisor is not experienced

Periodicals can be overwhelming. Supervisor will "talk" to you if your calls are too long, but again, it's hard to be sure all protocols are followed

-high turnover -training could be better

High stress, back to back calls

Constant reorgs; high bureaucracy; constantly shifting priorities
