Exterro was once a great place.

Cons

The company culture tanked after the arrival of the new CRO at the beginning of 2025. Anyone with a contrary opinion was shut down and shut out. The company went on to miss every sales commitment for each quarter of 2025. The new comp plans were also a huge reduction.
