Pros

High-impact teams: Sales, sales ops, enablement, and customer success teams are seriously sharp. People care, and it shows — there’s a strong focus on helping each other win. Relentless drive to get better: This isn’t a stagnant company. There’s an ambition to move from good to great to world-class. That means a lot of investment in tools, playbooks, and training, and it’s ongoing. Leadership listens: There’s space for feedback. When you speak up (especially with solutions), it doesn't just get heard, many get implemented. Fast-paced with purpose: If you like to move quickly and figure things out, you’ll thrive here. Nothing is perfect — but there’s a willingness to acknowledge that and get to work. Culture of accountability: We don’t hide from problems. There's a healthy balance of ownership, teamwork, and transparency.

Cons

Still maturing in some areas: Some internal processes are evolving. If you're used to enterprise polish, you might hit a few bumps while the company continues building toward scale. Heavy lift in high-growth mode: Growing quickly means things can feel a bit chaotic at times — priorities shift, and roles aren’t always clearly defined. Not for passengers: This isn’t a place to coast. It’s best suited for people who want to be part of shaping something, not just showing up.
