Pros
Amazing district manager and coworkers! Raymond will bend over backwards to help you out regardless of how difficult the situation. He’s never “too busy” for his employees!! The pay is outstanding compared to any other storage facility job assistant manager or manager. Within my 1st year on the job I got two raises and countless bonuses and they gave us extra money every now and then just because gas and food was getting more expensive.
Cons
None! I worked at the Norman store for a year and anytime I had an issue (employee or customer), the manager and dm had my back and they were both quick to react.
