Pros

5 star for the culture and they are very flexible, which gives great work life balance. Not a micromanagement type of company unless you performing poorly but even then it is just coaching calls and teaching. Once you learn the right verbiage to use it is easy bread and butter.

Cons

I wish pay was more but it is 5 star because they pay us good in relation to the company culture and stress free work environment.
