      Set hours, Ability to plan our your own day around customer needs.

      Cons

      Loudest voices always seem to be underlings given the least important tasks. Can't get two days off in a row on a consistent basis because of low quality of floating managers. Being more productive seems to backfire. Veterans who can handle their store solo aren't compensated for the extra work they do when their coverage is consistently pulled elsewhere.
