      -Wonderful options of furthering your knowledge in the "Storage World" -In person or remote options available -Management I've come in contact with are excellent people and coworkers

      Cons

      -Shifts can change every three months -PTO and ETO somewhat confusing to use -Amount of PTO accumulated over two weeks seems smaller the most places I've worked

      The culture is phenomenal; inspiring, supportive, encouraging leadership. The team I'm on is like my family. In all my 30+ years of being employed. I've never enjoyed the people I've worked with this much. This company strives for excellence, which I'm so grateful to be a part of.

      Cons

      ETO (Emergency Time Off), I had to get used to this. I'm used to getting PA (personal abscence-sick time) with time paid, along with PTO. Here theres just PTO and ETO, the ETO you don't get paid for and takes a while for the ETO hours to accumulate. Since the position is remote, I feel I understand why it's done this way.

      Perks keep disappearing and it keeps becoming apparent that they care more about numbers than providing employees with these types of incentives.
