The leadership in the Facilities department is notably rigid and controlling. This contrasts sharply with the company's broader culture. Facilities employees are not afforded the same perks or benefits as other home office employees, such as hybrid work schedules. Unless traveling to sites, Facilities staff are required to be physically present in the office. The leadership within this department rarely, if ever, offers praise or recognition for the team's hard work and accomplishments. Instead, the feedback tends to focus predominantly on what is being done wrong, creating a negative atmosphere. The morale within the Facilities team is low, with many employees actively seeking other opportunities, both within the company and externally.

Mystery shops ridiculous. Meeting metrics and demands impossible. First raise was 8 cents. Poor pay. Tenants get angry, pee and poop all over property, mice, floods, cleaning all the time, trying to sell at the same time, getting yelled at if you do not perform 100% for a mystery shop, not getting enough time off, poor benefits, running to the bank 3x a week, always being alone in a HUGE facility and expected to sell, clean, run to the bank and take care of everything and get paid peanuts. Favoritism. Narcissistic business practices. Gaslighting management. Sex in the bathrooms, vandalism, people damaging the doors, the property, the bathroom and a lot of disrespect. Assistant managers get treated like third class citizens and do the same thing as the managers. No opportunity to move up, too many employees, too few upper positions.
