Good Work/Life balance, Coworkers in your district are like family. Decent workflow especially with office/admin then physical property work. Paid Mileage.

Cons

Predatory Sales practices are a big part of the job. Upper management became desperate and overbearing over low metrics or occupancy rates (for example, offering a month's credit to a tenant who's moving out to satisfy the numbers that month) and other nonsensical business practices. Mystery shops were also completely asinine. One wrong step (or mark from the shopper who has to recount from memory) and you're being counseled..

I've been with the company about 2 years now and have been given so many opportunities as a young woman. I have been able to manage my own stores and also move to my dream state all because I had the support of my team. The hours are great and I feel I am compensated fairly for the the work that is asked of me.

Cons

On the rare occasion you may have to work with someone who is unsavory but the management here and teams are great about making sure conflict between coworkers doesn't happen often or at all.
