I have only been here for a short time but from the beginning I felt as if I was a part of a team. Something special. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The training program is outstanding. I have been in retail Management for over 35 years, and I can say they spend time with their people and make sure that you understand the process.

Cons

Nothing as far as I can tell.

Decent work/life balance, benefits package isn't horrible, the work itself is fairly simple.

Cons

Security and safety is not a concern for the company. Every manager is going to train you a different way. Very shady towards both employees and customers. Most days are spent completely by yourself.
