Laid back work environments are usually easy places to work for however...

Cons

1.)Lacks senior diversity (non women), yet core customer identifies as non-white; 2.)Ever-changing policies (no concreteness, can be a mental drainage-its just storage ppl); 3.)Staff sending racially insensitive email, maybe if senior management had representation that looked like its demographic it could understand why its black staff may have an issue with "picnics" as it relations to the history of this country and its black citizens. 4.)Sales metrics and sales bonuses are a sham. SM and ASM run sites, it should be split among those who made sale at site. 5.)Nepotism, career-ships run this corporation.

Pros

on-site living 401k match up to 5% Better Paid Time Off than most companies I've ever worked for. They promote from within.

Cons

being on the front-line dealing with irate customers due to almost a 100% rate increase. Upper Management does not have strong communication skills nor do they show true appreciation for your hard work. I have not been offered nor have I received a raise due to this recent inflation in the economy.
