      Be thorough when accepting employment

      Hours are awesome, job duties are easy, work environment is fun

      Cons

      Communication is not seamless and transparent, upper management does not want to handle issues that employees are unsuccessful at resolving, training is different at each site, but is supposed to be the same, there is favoritism, and what is promised to employees (upon hire and throughout career) is not upheld if not put in writing.

      Pros

      If you want to work your butt off for hardly any money this is the job for you.

      Cons

      They don't care about there employees. I was constantly working by myself at a busy site in a really bad neighborhood. You better make sure you don't forget to take the customer to the merchandise wall or you might as well start looking for a new job. They don't care about hard working employees that do everything to make sure they take care of the customer and also keep a great looking site.
