Finding reliable employees that are willing to do all job duties and carry their own weight. The staff that we hire for handyman work is always the lowest bid and 9 times out of 10 the work is mediocre at best. Not enough employees in our area but we just recently hired two new employees so hopefully it will get better. The Store Managers should get paid higher wages considering all of the physical work that is weighed on our shoulders. I cant even get someone to pick up large items by my dumpster so I end up doing it myself taking it to the dump, saving the company money and keeping my property looking nice. I'm not getting paid bulk item removal fee to do so. It's a lot of work and we just aren't recognized for being the brain and body of each store. Maybe if the DM's or higher up employees actually were Store managers they would understand better as to what all we go through on a daily basis.
