Great environment and good people, you also earn a lot of experience. This is a great place to get some IT experience under your belt.

Cons

Medical is expensive and promotions/raises are hard to come by.

Cons

There was job bait and switch. Hired initially in Credentialing but then transferred to the Call Center because that was where they needed help.
