Cons

They hire everybody on through temp agencies, then fire them right before the assignment ends so they don't have to provide benefits.

Working at Eyecare Partners allows me to be part of a growing business, which is really exciting. I get to be part of a highly cohesive team where people have autonomy over their work and their schedules.

Cons

Sometimes changes happen rapidly and the communication about said changes is not always consistent or does not reach all necessary audiences
