This company went downhill when they started to acquire a bunch of businesses really quickly without having any infrastructure in place. Gone through a lot of leadership changes with no one understanding how to make things work. Current leadership still doesn't know how, but also completely disconnected with its workforce. Turnover terrible. Most people leave in about a year or so. Culture is awful with no interest from leadership on communicating or working with employees to overcome all the problems they created. Very difficult to work through all the headaches.

No support from executive leaderships. Poor inclusive culture, don’t really celebrate anything including employee anniversaries (maybe because not many people make it pass one year before they run out of the door!) It was flexible before and recent out of no where return to the office announcement got everyone caught off guard. Employees were hired remote who live within 30 miles from HQ now have to return to the office 4 days a week (so call hybrid!) No communication from the executive leadership about the sudden change or any company updates. Everyone received a general email from HR. People keep leaving, constant turnovers make it tough to keep up any progress.
