Pros
There is nothing good about this corporation.
Cons
Healthcare insurance premiums are insanely expensive. Communication only flows upstream. Managers/ECP personnel are atrociously ill-mannered and condescending. They make every process as confusing as possible. In addition, the "floating holidays" we get have to be used on FEDERAL HOLIDAYS because otherwise they would have us be open for business. We went from a fairly close-knit group of coworkers to all looking for a new job in a matter of weeks. I hope ECP goes bankrupt. I hope the practice loses its patients and is forced to shut down. And I can't wait to leave this place. Avoid working for this company AT ALL COSTS! They are nothing but an acquisition company who don't actually care about our patients. They only care about the bottom line and they make that very apparent. Oh, and no opportunities for promotions any longer. If we want to get CE hours, we have to pay for those out of our pockets and ECP makes us fill out a reimbursement form. It is the height of stupidity around here and I can't wait to leave. I never would have said that before.
