Cheap glasses that look like they belong in a dollar store. Can transfer to any store nationally. They will take anyone.

Cons

Employer pays significantly lower then other companies. If you are currently employed at Eyemart get 12 months under your belt and go down the street. The competitor will pay you a lot more. Horrible hourly employees because of the low pay and non desire for any non company certifications. Horrible management because of the restraints of employee turnover and higher management. Horrible upper management because of switching stores out of districts and living 5 states away and under tried one off ideas that get released on a corporate level way early.

Great rewards for employees who do well on test and other things.

Cons

District managers care too much about things that are not important on making the company a better place, such as, wearing the wrong type of shoes, wrong type of khaki pants, where pens should go, etc... There have been managers fire employees for uniform. But they'll hire nasty people with bad attitudes. Ha. They'll hire anyone and don't drug test. They won't handle employee conflict the correct way. Pay is horrible, especially for people who MAKE EYES.
