competitive salary good benefits growing company great training program invests in employees two great CEOs since I've been there opportunities for growth

Cons

They expect a great deal from their employees Entry level jobs (QA and connectivity) are largely up or out after 2-3 years Like many former start ups - culture is changing as it becomes large company

The work is always challenging and day goes by fast. The compensation is very good and has been all my years here. With the growth of the company and merger of other units there should be more opportunity for movement in the future.

Cons

Now that the company is bigger there is no more small company feel but that is to be expected.

Massive exodus of talent Recent elimination of bonuses and reduction of compensation Completely inept management with no direction Hostile work environment Betting company on huge IMS initiative that to date is a total failure Will soon be sold again for the 5th time when the private equity owners find someone to dump it on
