Pros
Great benefits, good corporate responsibility and donation matching, financially stable.
Cons
When I joined F5 they genuinely cared about people, doing the right thing, and supporting everyone. Now, all they care about is wringing more out from people to increase the bottom line. Deadlines are incredibly tight and have destroyed the work life balance F5 was famous for. Anyone who doesn't buy into the burnout culture they are forming is deemed expendable. Management no longer cares about employee wellness or health and their product direction is simply chasing the next release without any long term vision. Pay has been stagnant for awhile and raises are capped. Stack ranking of employees is becoming the norm where you have to mark people as low performers even if they are not. I'm not sure what happened to the company I loved, but I can no longer recommend working for them.
