Health insurance is really high

You will never advance here if your looking for growth in a company you will never get a pay raise here and they micro manage you it’s all about favorites here and if you are not liked they will find any reason to fire you.

There are no pros at all!!

Cons

Terrible company !!! Terrible everything! They lie to people ! They treat their employees like dirt! So out of touch how to run a company! Get with the times. Should have PTO instead of making people wait a year to take a day off, and forget it if you want a day off !! They frown upon it and want you to make up the time!! They don’t pay for Jury duty or bereavement time!! Don’t know how I lasted as long as I did!!! Miserable place!

I’ve learned a lot new things, in my time working here, crossed train in various roles, and the company really encourages that. I started off in a temp role and transitioned on from there.

Cons

Honestly, having to commute in-office is the biggest qualm. The drive is too far. Turns an 8 hour shift into almost 10 hour work day with the commute.
