Pros

Good initial training Immediate floor sups are very good at handling issues and supportive of emergent employee/family situations

Cons

Upper management disconnected from the "engine maintenance" Cross-departmental cooperation can be patchwork and disjointed, not encouraged unless demanded Protectionism regarding certain clients leads to inefficiency and poorer service than necessary Burnout is easy and not addressed Poverty-level wages don't match the "family-oriented values" supposedly espoused by the company.

Pros

The money is ok , benefits are not good

Cons

1. High-Stress Environment Employees often deal with upset or anxious customers regarding debt, which can lead to mental fatigue and burnout. 2. Strict Performance Metrics Calls are closely monitored and evaluated based on speed, script adherence, and resolution rate, often leading to pressure and micromanagement. 3. Always On Camera Employees are required to be on camera for the entire shift, including during remote work—creating a sense of constant surveillance and reducing comfort. 4. Onboarding Delays Many new hires report disorganized onboarding processes, including background checks taking up to 3 months, with little communication in between. 5. Limited Advancement Opportunities Promotions and role changes can be infrequent or reserved for a select few, making career growth difficult for most employees. 6. Repetitive and Monotonous Work Daily tasks can become repetitive, especially in call center positions where scripts and procedures rarely change. 7. Low Base Pay (for Entry-Level Roles) Some roles offer minimal hourly wages, with bonuses only available if strict performance benchmarks are met. 8. High Turnover Rate Many employees leave within the first year due to the stress, workload, or lack of advancement, contributing to a constant cycle of training new staff. 9. Strict Attendance and Tardiness Policies The company enforces rigid rules about clock-ins and breaks, with little leniency for emergencies or technical issues. 10. Poor Communication & Support Some employees mention a lack of support from supervisors and unclear guidance on role expectations or policy changes.
