      Good food, good pay. That's all

      Cons

      If you are not in the "Boys Club", you will never make it. You have to kiss up to senior management and bow to them constantly. Too bad, could have been a great company to work for otherwise.

      Pros

      After putting in 2 decades of work in the food service field I finally feel like I have found the company I have always wanted to work for under Flik. The work life balance and relationships with my peers have never been better than they are now. Flik is all about 2 simple things, people & food. We do them both exceptionally well!

      Cons

      This con is actually a good thing. It can be hard to get in to Flik as senior management because most never leave and have been with the company for 15 to 20+ years. That also means you can feel a little bit like the odd man out when you start.
