Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

Not very diverse, the few minorities there have to act subservient. If you speak your mind then you are punished. The minorities are highly micromanaged and treated like children. This company is run on seniority and not experience so if you have several years of experience and an advanced degree, that experience is ignored for people who have been doing the job the same way for 30 years. Definitely run by the "good ole boys".

Pros

Good benefits with subsidized healthcare and 401K. The group is generally willing to mentor, answer questions, and help you learn. There are opportunities for growth. There is a wide breadth of knowledge to gain working with different industries.

Cons

Very little room for creativity or independence, management micromanages from the top down, atmosphere is conservative and traditional and takes time to progress. Still a boys club, especially in upper management, although this is starting to change. There is not a lot of flexibility at the local level even though this role can be done at home - you are expected to be in the office if you don't have a client to visit.

Pros

The people were great to work with and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

Cons

The work is always longer than 40 hours and you are expected to be available 24/7. Travel on weekends is expected. Clients are very rude to you on a daily basis and do not want you there. No sense of accomplishment. No real career and salary advancement.
