There are some sneaky reasons to be wary about FM Global, despite its good reputation. It is a very passive aggressive organization. A wolf disguised as a sheep, there is a good degree of backroom whispering and backbiting. Folks who come across as benign and well-meaning could be criticizing your work in the lunch room or, worse, to management. A job at FM Global can be both a blessing and a curse. You stay because you're paid OK and they give you a pension. Many people I worked with would rather leave, but don't feel they can walk away from the benefits. I guess it depends on why you hold a job: for the type of work you do, or the amount of money you make.
