Low Pay, Stressful, but remote

Pros

Love the opportunity to work remote and get every other Friday despite it meaning extra long work days.

Cons

Pay is extremely low for the work done. I could easily make the same pay working at a grocery store nearby. Management is aware that pay is an issue but they’ve been shy about resolving it. Instead offering a menial raise while inflation was what— 10%. For the stress and work of this position, it should pay 10-25k more. They don’t take location into consideration of pay so if you live in a high cost of living area, don’t bother interviewing because they’ll offer you a wage that’s barely survivable in a more affordable place like the Midwest.

Hey there, We appreciate the feedback and want you to know that we hear you. Cost of living variations and inflation are definitely huge stressors. It sounds like we're not meeting your needs which I totally get is a frustration. We focus a lot of attention on the Total Comp package including paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick, parental leave, company paid benefits, etc. - but at the end of the day if the package / comp doesn't fit your needs - we get that and hope that if we aren't the place for you that you can find someplace great that meets all your needs.

Pros

Great culture, average benefits, great leadership team

Cons

Can only grow to about the mid tier level, pay is below average for the industry, "Good to grow" only applies to the company not to the team for careers.

We have certainly not been immune to the higher than average turnover the entire job force has felt this last year - that being said we've been able to take the opportunity to shake things up and get creative with how we do things to help as we try to focus on finding the pain points and making them better. *great co-workers, where everyone is willing to help each other out.

Cons

POOR Training Poor leadership/ Management ... Only favorites move up regardless of experience or certifications.
