Pros

Work with great physicians! The cafeteria serves great food. Critical care physician, hospitalists, and trauma surgeon in house 24 hours a day.

Cons

Unsafe working conditions, always understaffed, no support from hospital management, high turnover, high infection rates, below average compensation, and ridiculously busy!

Little opportunity for professional development AND it is located in Baton Rouge, LA which is a generic, soccer mom, anywhere USA, culture free hovel most of the year until football season.
