      Some Things Never Change

      Pros

      I'm 2010 I worked at the PMO in Ashburn, VA. It was a misfortune I had to experience. As I've read updates...some things never change...zero/low salary increases, will use/abuse your skill sets and reciprocate zero. Very sad to see.

      Cons

      In my opinion...you can do better. Don't put yourself through the misfortune. I thought, perhaps, it was just me...IT'S NOT!

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good. Excellent foot in the door for someone interested in working for the Feds. Overall, a decent company, good experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to get in contact with people at the main office.

      Pros

      Good networking experience as it provides services to a lot of government divisions so the exposure to these offices is always good

      Cons

      Benefits are awful. Leave = forget about it, hard to move up. You never ever deal with FSA again other than your hiring process. Management, anyone at the corporate office have little to no contact with their own employees and don't know what you do on a day to day basis...why they are even allowed to do your annual review is beyond me!!!! you deal with the client everyday, they are the ones who know your work...they are more your supervisors.
