No 401K Lie to clients/employees Horrible communication / Lots of BS No leadership Zero experience in IT management No money for training staff Micro Management Lack IT Knowledge

Pros

Metro is close by for easy commute. The office is surrounded at a great location and a few blocks away from the Verizon Center. The company is a great place to learn on the fly.

Cons

Management needs major work. I don't know how they are still in business and how they continue to sign on new clients. Well, I do know how they are able to get clients to sign up, we offer and provide everything the client wants to hear, but in reality, we don't really support such things. Upper management are blind and continue to make empty promises still to this day. I will be leaving the company in a few weeks.

Opportunity for growth and promotion; Opportunity to learn new technologies; Fast paced and exciting environment; Close to metro; In the heart of the DC area; Nice shared office.

Cons

Difficult to keep up with the demands of clients; Unable to support with the staff that we have; many are not knowledgeable in the the area of IT, even though they work here. Management can be open but very closed minded. Getting training is difficult even when they want to push us to get certifications. No benefits. Shortel provider but support of them is difficult because no one is advance in that technology. We have monitoring tools that are no broken. Need to upgrade on new technology internally before trying to assist clients first.
