A wonderful place to work; not sure if pay is equal for men and women in this "closed compensation" system.

Pros

Great people, very smart people, terrific, highly-functioning and supportive staff, excellent lawyers. The employee base is pretty stable and "jerks" are, as a rule, not allowed in the house.

Cons

It is questionable as to whether or not women are compensated as well as men. And no one is brave enough to bring up the issue for what it could mean for his/her career at the firm.
