The office has an easy and friendly environment. The firm has many resources available to workers if one knows where to look. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Very poor communication between administration and staff. There has been questionable decision making practices when it comes to staff management and performance.

I worked their for several years and found the benefits were good, an innovative approach to management, and year over year consistent growth. Some wonderful colleagues.

Cons

Like most large law firms things can be a bit over bureaucratic and there was a tendency to run everything through Philadelphia but that's slowly changing.

Friendly staff very thorough interview. Laid back friendly work environment. No stress very little work to do during the day. Felt underutilized no challenges during the work week.

Cons

No challenges not enough work unable to work and help those who are overworked. No room for promotion or advancement. Lots of lazy legal assistants
