Pros

There is always work to be done compared to other seismic companies. Even during the slow times they will work you at the office for your standard rotation.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other seismic companies. There is a lot of grunt work like painting the deck, cleaning the lab or pretty much cleaning the whole back deck.

People are usually nice, Great mixer of personailty , most of the employee's that's been there awhile don't mind showing you the basic, but new comers must show interests to learn .

Cons

Gives you freedom, responsibility and lots of challenges. Whoever can take it will find the path very fruitful and priceless. Less hierarchy here. With equal time off it would be the highlight of the company, must know someone to move forward are up in company.
