Pros

Loots of freedom and time to control your own learning experience. Good people to work with if you are respectful.

Cons

Lack of training. Apethy as to which employees are qualified for what from home office. Lack of a good corporate vision. Very conservative and not very accepting of all lifestyles by upper management.

Pros

Before the layoffs work 5 weeks on to have 5 weeks off was nice. Also being paid while home.

Cons

I trained several employees who do not perform the job as well as I do but because of random selection I was laid off and they weren't.
