Employees are able to make decisions based on our company culture and not be stifled with many policies that make it hard to do the job. We do valuable work and have a very responsive customer base.

Awesome perks and benefits- free coffee, soda, and other beverages; use of outdoor equipment; can check out movies, games and books; company events and parties; great health insurance plan. The people are amazing- employees are pleasant, respectful, encouraging, and helpful. So many have great attitudes- it's a positive place to be. Most employees have flexible schedules. The culture promotes trust between employees and managers, with fewer rules and less formal structure. Employees are given lots of freedom and are encouraged to take initiative. There is a start-up feel around the company- new ideas and projects are continually being taken on, and the company strives to keep growing- employees also have individual opportunities to grow, and voice their ideas and feedback. Being at Faithlife is never boring- there is always more to do and ways to improve what's already being done. The CEO has an open-door policy- he is available if an employee wants to discuss something with him, and he appreciates feedback from employees. He regularly holds meetings where anyone can ask questions or bring up a topic for discussion.
