Going down since Bob sold out

Pros

Some good co-workers left... few

Cons

Ever since Bob sold out, it's been going down. Bob's not even here still. New management couldn't care less about employees. Management of all levels either don't care or over promise and under deliver. Front line supervisors try to seem like they care but have no authority and over promise. Massive restructuring with many laid off and pay cuts for those left. Current managers couldn't care less about employees. No advancement opportunities. The newly created HR/people team manager tried creating pathways for advancement and was let go. It just ended up being busy work for employees. If you're considering Faithlife, go elsewhere. This could be the worst company I've ever worked for. Decisions now are made based on fear of missing out and management trying to safe face. They already spent money on Logos 10 swag, but won't distribute it because they don't want bad feedback in light of recent layoffs.

Pros

Committed and highly-skilled colleagues. A great mission and world-class products. A chance to make a difference. Flexible working, including remote. You’re trusted to do your job well.

Cons

Not always as supported as I would like. Hours can sometimes be long. Informal and frequently changing structure is sometimes hard to navigate.
