Pros

Fellow development employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Opportunities to gain experience in several differing areas of computer development and management.

Cons

Lost its "family company" atmosphere with recent administration changes and "busy work" HR responsibilities.

Pros

Product and customer base are 5 stars. Easy to get behind the products mission. A lot of great employees

Cons

Not the company it used to be. New ownership is less committed to previous vision and purpose, outside of embracing its connection to the target market. This is extremely evident in their abandonment of a number of products that were a key part of equipping the church. Leadership significantly cut the pay of multiple sales departments with many tenured employees, with no options for these team members to move into roles where previous pay could be met. This was presented as a positive because it was "good for the company".
